Privacy Policy
Last updated September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lunchpail Service Partners (“Lunchpail,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit lunchpailservicepartners.com (the “Site”). It applies only to this Site, not to the websites of our partner businesses, which have their own policies.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form on our Contact Us page, we collect what you choose to enter: first name, last name, email address, phone number and your message. Every field is optional.
Information collected automatically
- Form metadata. With each form submission we record the page it was sent from, the referring page, your browser’s user-agent string and your IP address. We use these to prevent spam and abuse (including rate limiting).
- Analytics (only with your consent). If you choose “Accept All” in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). Analytics is off until you consent. See our Cookie Policy.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address and request details to deliver and secure the Site.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and connect you with the right person on our team.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site.
- To protect against spam, fraud and misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Hosting: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and delivery).
- Database: Neon (secure storage of contact-form submissions).
- Email delivery: our email provider, used to forward form submissions to our team.
- Analytics: Google LLC (Google Analytics 4), only if you consent.
- Fonts and video: Adobe (Adobe Fonts) and Vimeo (the video on our Community page) receive standard technical data, such as your IP address, when their content loads in your browser.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
How long we keep information
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records, and then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your choices
- You can accept or deny non-essential cookies at any time. See our Cookie Policy.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted by emailing info@lunchpailservicepartners.com or writing to the address below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
